Yes. Your clinic page appears in Prescrable’s doctor listings and is searchable via Google and other search engines. You can also share your page link via WhatsApp, SMS, social media or your own website to attract patients.

Absolutely. You decide your consultation fee and choose your availability. The platform lets you open and close time slots as needed, giving you full control over your workload.

Your plan includes an allowance of WhatsApp messages and SMS notifications for appointment confirmations, reminders and follow‑ups. You can see your remaining balance in your dashboard, and topping up is easy if you need more.

If you’re close to your consultation limit, you’ll receive a prompt from the platform. You can add more sessions to your plan or upgrade it directly from your dashboard, ensuring there’s no interruption to your practice.

Consultation and messaging allowances typically reset at the start of each billing cycle. Check your plan details for the most current policies, but generally, unused credits don’t roll over.

Yes. There’s no long‑term contract. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, with no penalties for stopping.

No. Prescrable does not take a percentage of your consultation fees. Patients pay you directly, and your subscription covers the platform’s usage.

Prescrable provides the infrastructure and visibility for your clinic, including listing your profile on our site and ensuring your page is indexed by search engines. While we don’t run ads on your behalf, many doctors find that sharing their clinic link through their own networks and social media, combined with our platform’s discoverability, is effective for building a teleconsultation practice.

Any licensed doctor who is legally permitted to practice in their field can join. Whether you’re a general practitioner or a specialist, Prescrable’s tools are designed to help you deliver compliant teleconsultations and manage patient follow‑ups.

Patients select a slot from your online profile, request a booking and wait for your approval. Once you accept, they receive your UPI ID and your contact number via WhatsApp. The patient pays your consultation fee directly to that UPI ID before the call begins.

Because the payment is between you and the patient, you verify the transaction in your UPI app before starting the consultation. The platform notifies you when a booking is approved, but it doesn’t process or track the payment itself.

Your contact number is sent to the patient along with your UPI details. If either of you has trouble joining at the scheduled time, you can use that number to coordinate and resolve the issue.

Aim to be ready a couple of minutes before the scheduled start time, and stay available for a few minutes after. This small buffer ensures you can accommodate minor delays and still start the session smoothly.

Since the patient pays you directly via UPI, any changes to the appointment or refunds are managed by you and the patient. Prescrable doesn’t intervene in financial transactions or issue refunds on your behalf.

Prescrable provides the infrastructure: appointment booking, communication tools and notifications. The consultation itself, including its quality and any financial transactions, is directly between you and the patient. We don’t monitor payments or guarantee outcomes.

Yes. Prescrable alerts you when a patient requests a consultation, when you accept it, and before the scheduled time. You should still independently verify payment in your UPI app.

If there’s a no‑show or a schedule conflict, you and the patient can arrange a new time or agree on a refund directly. Since Prescrable doesn’t handle the payment, it doesn’t manage rescheduling or refunds.
